Apple iPhone 8: The Good, The Bad, and Everything You Need To Know

In a few more days, Apple will have their next big event and a lot of people are really excited about the upcoming release of their latest model – the Apple iPhone 8.

To most people, having the latest model of their favorite smart phone brand is a must. But to some, it’s just another phase.

Regardless if you are planning to get one or not, it’s important to know if this modern smart phone is really worth every penny.

Let’s take a closer look.

Prepare for the huge ramp up of the phone’s screen-to-body ratio. Since an all-screen front is a huge trend in smartphones, the iPhone 8 will have a front mostly occupied by the display. If you will think about it, it’s like being able to fit a 5.5-inch screen in the form factor of a 4.7-inch phone. Thus, the Home button and the Touch ID fingerprint scanner might be minimized or even removed.

Don’t worry though. The dummy versions of the iPhone 8 showcase a phone with a bezel protrusion on the top. It’s expected to be the 3D facial recognition sensors if they are really saying goodbye to the finger print scanner.

What else? The dummy versions also have a glass back for wireless charging. Don’t forget the metal sides and of course, a dual lens camera.

Another big news this year is that OLED displays will finally be introduced to this latest model. Compared to the usual LCD screens, the OLED screen pixels can produce their own light. Thus, the screen doesn’t use a backlight and saves more power.

There’s a huge chance that Apple will also three display sizes for this model. It can be 4.7, 5.5, or 5.8 inches.

Without the HOME button, there are also some speculations that the iPhone 8 will have a Navigation bar, a little bit like the Touch Bar on the latest Mac Book Pro.

Given that iOs10 is completely outdated, iPhone 8 has a huge chance of running under the new iOS 11.

And oh, the Apple iPhone 8 will also be available in Blush Gold!  Now, are you excited?

Since everything isn’t finally revealed yet, the only down fall we can actually expect is it’s probably heinously expensive.

It’s predicted that the entry level iPhone 8 will probably cost around $1000 to $1200.

Let’s all wait and see!
